Hello everyone, I know it’s been a while since I last posted, but work has had me rushed off my feet lately and I don’t seem to get the time to do much, but I will try to blog a bit more over the next few days or so

I can’t believe how quickly the month shoots by before it’s time for my monthly visit for my laser treatment.

It only seems like the other week that I was travelling down for my treatment, as usual everything went well with no adverse effects from this month treatment and virtually painless.

My visits will now change from four weeks to six weeks this will allow the hair further below the skin to have an extra bit of time to grow and get “zapped” by the laser, so hopefully this will improve my loss of hair.

I’ve been very busy at work over the last week or so, so I haven’t really had much time to blog or catch up with things, suffice to say, besides work, not much has been going on, so therefore this is a shortish blog post.

Laser treatment is going great off again on Friday and now it’s only £50 instead of £150 a month which really helps my financial situation.

I not to sure yet, but I may be deleting the forums for GRS Wales, since I started them and took the time and effort to publisize them, hardly anybody has paid them a visit or posted to them, so it does seem a waste of my time and resources in keeping them running, I may give them another few months and see how it goes.

It all depends on if people are willing to use them or abuse them, we shall see..

I can’t believe it, I’ve just got home from work and it’s been another hot day, typical I spend most of the day in work and it’s hot!

Two days in a row, fingers crossed that we are going to have gorgeous weather tomorrow as well.

I hope it’s like this tomorrow so that I can use my push bike to work
