I nearly never made it to Cristianos on Friday, everything was running smoothly, went into work early, finished at one and then got home, changed and started off to Altrincham and the journey was going fine, until I got three miles away and all of the a sudden the traffic came to a complete stand still.

So there I was sitting in the car moving about three feet every twenty minutes, time was getting really late so I rang and let them know I may be late, then I had an idea, use the alternative route on my trusty Tom Tom, the first route told me to go the way I was going but go around the roundabout, but that was causing the hold up, the second time I asked the Tom Tom, it peeled off to the left and gave me a wonderful route straight to the door.

So I finally rolled up at Cristianos about half an hour late, but if it wasn’t for the Tom Tom I don’t think I would of got there at all, thank god I got there, it’s a long way to go to miss an appointment and then travel all the way back home.

And when I did get there I was greeted with a lovely cup of coffee, you can’t fault Cristianos they are lovely.

Wow, I can’t believe how nice the weather has been today and up until 2:30 I was stuck in work, when I got home I sat in the garden for ages and the temperature hit 28c, my God it was hot.

I just so glad that all the laser hair removal is working, as I would usually have so much makeup on to cover anything, on a day like today it would of looked like I was melting, but now I need hardly anything on at all, woohooo

It’s bad enough that five years ago, yes five years, I sent the Inland Revenue a copy of my deed poll with all the information required to change my name on all their records, anyhow I have just received a letter from them the other day saying “Thank you for recently contacting us with your change of details and here is your new NI card.”

Five years my God what are they doing there!

And here’s one better I started my own business last year and they have sent me my tax forms as Mr, so, I rang them up, “We can’t find you NI number in our system, it’s wrong”, so I went through everything with them AGAIN and also mentioned they had sent the wrong type of self assessment form, “Sorry about that we’ll get you the correct one in the post for you”

So yesterday an envelope arrives “Mr” aaarrrgghhh, on the phone I get and yet again I explain, “We seem to have your details correct now, I’ve found you under the NI number and our records now show you as Miss and your correct name”, thank God for that. They couldn’t apologise enough about their cock up.

To my surprise I received a letter this morning to Miss and my proper name apologising and saying that it’s all down to the system of computers they use, in my point of view they should get a better system.

I’m certainly fitter than I first thought, the weather has been so nice today, that I decided to ride my new push bike to work.

It was a bit daunting at first as I thought I might not be fit enough to do it, but it was great, it turned out a nice leisurely ride along in the sunny weather and it didn’t take me long at all

I can’t believe how nice the weather has been today, it was so nice I decided to grab my bikini and get out in the garden to do a little gardening, but it was still so warm, mind you it certainly helps with getting a nice tan

I hope it’s a bit cooler tomorrow, as I’m in work, last week it was killing me been stuck in work when the weather was so wonderful!

In a fit of wanting to get fit, I’ve decided to get myself a push bike, no seriously I have!

And seen as the weather has decided that it’s going to behave itself then I thought that this was the right time to get one, mind you it’s been a good few years since I last rode one, so it may take a bit of practice before I’m back to how I used to be on a bike.

With the price of petrol, road tax and insurance these days, I’m hoping it will save me a few pennies
