Nuffield appointment date!

Got a message today from Mr Terry’s secretary for an appointment to see Mr Terry to be knocked out for five minutes while he removes the “hair ball” that has developed recently, it seems a long way to go, but it has to be done, so it’s a case of stopping over night for the appointment as it’s early in the morning, it’s easier than travelling in the early of the morning.

I’ll post again regarding the minor op after I have seen Mr Terry..

Hair Ball!

I got back late last night after seeing Mr Terry at the Nuffield Hospital, so I was too tired to blog last night, so here it is now:

It seems that the bleeding that I developed from my neo-vagina is from a “hair ball” that has developed, this is one of the problems that can happen after gender surgery and is nothing to worry about, so it’s now a simple case of making a day appointment to be knocked out for five minutes while Mr Terry scrapes out the “hair ball”,  hopefully this will be done next week, I’ll make my appointment on Monday morning..

Appointment with Mr Terry at the end of the month

After contacting Mr Terry I have made an appointment and it’s to see him at the end of the month to check to see if everything is ok with the slight discharge of blood, but he seems to think that this is normal so hopefully will be ok, will post back with the result after seeing him at the end of this month.

A slight bleeding!

It seems that I have developed a slight bleed from my neo-vagina, caused by a each stretch of dilating, which causes a slight trauma to underlying tissues, which is all part of the healing process.

But to be on the safe side, I’ve been in touch with my surgeon, Mr Terry and I am going to take a trip to Leicester to see him, just to make sure everything is ok!

I’ll keep my blog posted on the events that unfold after my appointment..

Everything is going great!

Well I recently had my final appointment with Mr Terry and after close examination everything is how it should be.

He told me to dilate twice a day instead of three times a day and that I must do this for six months, it’s certainly getting easier, also that I should get a vibrator to help relax the neo-virginal muscles to help with the dilating and for any future intercourse ;)
