Request for funding to the Health Commission Wales

On the 13th December 2004 funding was applied for to the Health Commission Wales for help with funding for Gender Reassignment Surgery and was blatently turned down.
It certainly seems that the Health Commission Wales have no intention whatsoever to help those living in Wales with gender dysphoria and regard the funding for surgery as a complete waste of their resources.
